  • Can I get all my locks re-keyed to fit one key?

    Yes. As long as all the keyways of the locks are the same and they are in most cases, any professional locksmith should be able to re-key them to fit one key.

  • Can I schedule a specific appointment time?

  • Can I buy lock opening tools?

    No, it is illegal in most states to sell or possess burglary or entry tools. Locksmiths will not sell entry tools to anyone.

  • I have a key marked “Do Not Duplicate.” Can I get a copy of it anyway?

    Keys marked “Do Not Duplicate, or may be duplicated only with letter of authorization from the owner or supervisor is presented with the request for duplication. The letter should be on company letterhead and identify the key to be made, and the number of keys, the person picking up the keys will be required to fill out a “Request for Restricted Keys” form. We reserve the right to refuse to duplicate any key marked “Do Not Duplicate”.

  • Why do I need to Re-key the locks?

    People generally have a rekey done if they have lost their keys, want to make sure no old or existing keys will work in the lock, or they want to make sure all the locks in their location use the same key. Rekeying is the cheaper alternative to replacing all of your hardware. To perform the work, all the pins in the lock are changed to fit a new key that we issue to you. Once this process has been done, only the key issued to you will work in the lock.

  • What is Re-Key?

    Re-keying is the process of changing the combination for the lock so all existing and old keys will no longer work in the lock.

  • What is a bump-proof lock?

    Bump proof lock is a high security lock for your home or business that cannot be opened with any tools or bump key. These locks were created to prevent break-ins. Bump keys will not work on a bump proof lock.

  • Are you available 24 hours?

  • Will unlocking my car, home, or business damage the locks or my door?

    No. In the case of automobiles, we have equipment that is designed to open specific vehicles with no damage. Most home or business locks can also be opened with no damage to the locks.

  • What is a Master Key?

    Master Keys are usually used by managers and owners of large commercial and institutional complexes. They allow one key to be used to open all doors within a certain property.
